Participants will:
 • Be able to identify key deficit areas for students with autism
• Understand how autism can affect student learning and behavior in specials classes
• Identify strategies to support students with autism in various specials classes
• Understand the importance of reinforcement and motivation in students with ASD

This workshop focuses on Specials Teachers including PE, Art, Music, Media and others who support individuals with ASD., i.e., Para-educators, SLPs, Resource Specialists, School Psychologists and Parents.
