Services Coordination

Services Coordination (SC) is facilitated by a services coordinator who assists families of eligible children, birth to three, with disabilities within their communities.  The purpose of services coordination is to identify and meet the needs of families and children through coordination of informal and formal supports. Services Coordinators work closely with school districts to assist and enable eligible children and their families in receiving the rights, procedural safeguards, and services that are authorized to be provided under the early intervention program.

Requesting services from the Early Developmental Network

To request early development education information, services for your child (birth to three years) or to refer* a child in the Good Samaritan Health Systems service area, please contact an Early Development Network Services Coordinator at:
