Cultivating Growth Through Mindfulness  

What educator would pass up a chance to raise test scores, have fewer playground fights, and cultivate a more peaceful environment? Nurturing a mindful classroom cultivates conditions where both students and teachers can develop a growth mindset.  Participants will discover ways to foster their own self-care as well as gaining classroom strategies which will improve social-emotional learning.

CommentsRegistration deadline is one week prior to the workshop.  Cancellations not received 2 business days in advance will be billed the workshop fee. This workshop is eligible for Title IIA contracted services pay and/or substitute reimbursement for teachers at the rate of $100 per day. Each teacher may earn up to a maximum of $500 contracted services pay per summer.
