Description: This session will cover the reporting basics for the  and 1094- and 1095-C forms, which have to be submitted by all covered large employers.  These forms are similar to last year's forms but there have been some fairly significant changes, such as the phasing out of "transition relief" during the 2016 calendar year.  This reporting will impact potential tax penalties for the first time for many districts, so understandably we've had many business officials ask us if we'd be doing this again.
