Building a master schedule can be difficult and time-consuming. When you build a schedule you must think of things like periods, bell schedules, courses, teachers, etc. Building a master schedule is done in four phases: 1. Prepare to Build the Master Schedule 2. Build Master Schedule Introduction 3. Load Students 4. Commit the Master Schedule Much work must be done to create a master schedule. This workshop is designed to help you get started with this process. Please come ready to work on your own schools information. Laundry List of Needs for the Workshop: 1. Your Web-address to log on to your PowerSchool Server. 2. List of Teachers 3. Bell Schedule 4. School Calendar 5. Room Numbers 6. Course List 7. Know when the teachers are available to teach certain courses. Teachers are not available all the time.
