Technical Training

Educational Service Unit 10 provides technology training in the areas of desktop productivity, curriculum integration, and networking.

The network training team consists of Helpdesk staff, who are certified in Windows server setup and management, as well as CISCO training. As the number of computers at schools are expanding, reliance on the network infrastructure has also increased, thus precipitating the need for technical support and training.

Our network trainers offer a comprehensive curriculum of cutting-edge Microsoft training courses on Windows Server, Windows 7, SQL Server, security, Exchange Server, unified communications, SharePoint, .Net, and more.  Networking courses help school personnel gain the skills to implement, support, optimize, and defend wireless networks.
