Title IA Cooperative

Educational Service Unit 10 serves as the fiscal agent for the cooperative and consultant for program application for 16 ESU 10 districts. Susan Evans is the cooperative coordinator.

Services provided to the cooperative members include, but are not limited to: 

  • preparation and submittal of the NCLB Consolidated Grant application to the Nebraska Department of Education
  • the bookkeeping, disbursal and reimbursement of allocated funds
  • the monitoring and collection of descriptions of allowable expenses and the monitoring, collection, and submittal of NDE forms
  • staff development for teachers and paraprofessionals
  • consultation with administration and district programs
  • other services as needed or directed by the Nebraska Department of Education
