The beginning of another school year has arrived and we are updating our records in order to serve you better. You should receive "K-12 Directory Information Sheets" on the ESU 10 media delivery route the week of August 15-19. Please correct and fill out the necessary information on these pages. Indicate your current valuation (by county), enrollments (by grade), and list district personnel on the back of the page or include a school directory.   

Fill out the forms completely and return them to Trina Shaw at ESU 10 by September 16, 2011. Thank you for your assistance and have a good school year!
