I can't log in to a list. What do I do?
Make sure you have previously subscribed to the list.
Make sure you are using the correct email address and password for the list. Depending on how you registered, you may not have the same address and password for every list.
It says the message body is too big, what does that mean?
We strongly discourage sending attachments, especially large ones, to a list. Other options are available for distributing attachments to a large number of people.
I followed the steps to retrieve a forgotton password, but it wasn't emailed to me.
You probably aren't subscribed to the list, or the email address you provided is not subscribed to the list. Make sure you are subscribed to the list and using the correct email address.
I've always been subscribed to a list but never received a password.

I don't see a list that is supposed to exist.
You might be looking in the wrong place. ESU 10 hosts lists for several entities, which all have different URLs.
ESU 10 hosts lists at lists.esu10.org, lists.esu11.org, lists.esu15.org, lists.esu16.org, and lists.k12.ne.us
